		<description>This is big news indeed and it indicates a break from Microsoft.  The terms "flexible, cost-effective and calendaring" mean a direct slap to Microsoft - it also means they are getting a great group of engineers that have a history of reverse-engineering technology.  Bold stuff, but as John F says, what are they going to do with it.  Cisco should move fast with this one and define the benefits.. Great post.</description>
