		<description>I agree with you on the UC implication not being a short term threat, but lets talk about UC short-term - where are all the pilots and benefits?  That's an interesting discussion to have.   Since the platform is "in play" I see this being a medium and longer term threat.  Blue horseshoe loves Android.

Great insight on Skype.  If Ebay falls on their sword and admits Skype was not that intersting and sells it.  Hmmm what's the odds.  Maybe some sort of corp dev trade with Google on that.. Very interesting.

Google might just be able to buy its way into the market on the voice side.  If they nail the open (viral as you say) platform then they will have a nice footprint.  

Right on that Google is exploding their cloud capability as their primary asset.  

Maybe UC guys move with Google for the platform.... This has implications to existing platform strategies as Eric Swift from Microsoft talks about in his video podcast.
