		<description>Thanks John.  I linked it up on my other post but what i'm interested in is how the syndication of the videos - for example how can a new generation of producers take the raw footage or nbc produced footage and create new tailored footage that works in social networks.

I don't think that NBC current plans work in social networks.</description>
